Introducing NEST - the latest addition to the Dores home collection. NEST is designed to be distinctly modern yet enduring in both its design and functionality. It boasts clean, aesthetic shapes, expansive glass facades, and a comfortable, functional layout, all constructed with high-quality, sustainable materials.
The U-shaped architecture of the house creates a cozy atmosphere, enclosing a terrace on three sides, accessible from both wings of the house.
The house is constructed using industrially manufactured, high-precision, and high-quality timber frame structures with aluminum or PVC window and door systems. Different visual appearances of the house can be achieved by choosing various finishing solutions as well as combinations of tones.
When planning the layout of the space, the well-being and comfort of the residents were our top priority. The project includes a spacious kitchen seamlessly integrated with a bright and airy living area and access to a terrace. Additionally, there are three bedrooms, with the largest equipped with a separate, convenient bathroom and walk-in closet.
